Ontellus #peoplepower includes supporting causes close to home. We value providing volunteer opportunities throughout the year and across the nation - from food bank sorting, to holiday gift drives, and local fun runs - Ontellus supports our local communities.

From coast to coast we volunteer to sort food, fill backpacks, and stock pantry shelves in our local food banks. We certainly have fun coming together to help feed our communities!

Fun Runs & 5Ks provide opportunity to give back to causes and communities that matter most to our team members. We focus on wellness and team-building to reach our goals together.

Partnering with the Salvation Army we help spread holiday cheer to children and seniors that would otherwise go without during this special time of year. We are honored to give back to our neighbors in this unique way.

A day in the life of an Ontellus employee begins with business-casual dress in an environment that is committed to quality work. This is confirmed and supported in our many recognition programs - from "Shout Out" cards, to Department Team Boards, to the Ontellus ONE Award (Outstanding Performance, Noteworthy Attitude, Excellent Service) team members feel appreciated.

Opportunities for celebration, food, and fun are also to be found! At Ontellus we support our local sports teams, thank our moms on Mothers' Day, and bring our favorite dish to the holiday potluck - to name a few. Throughout the year, we come together to celebrate the big and small.

The Ontellus employee also has access to ongoing career development. Ontellus not only believes in advancement from within, but providing Empowering Education as well. Monthly "Power Hours" provide opportunity to learn more about our organization, industry, and business processes; quality updates and annual reviews provide direct feedback and tangible goals; and leadership classes (from Six Sigma, to management training) are available throughout the year.
